Jet dryers are composed of two separate units. In the first part of the cycle, the articles are dried to the leather hard in the plaster moulds while in the second one, they are dried without mould until they are bone dry. Within this system, semi-finished article is transferred from one unit to another with an automatic transfer unit.
If the type of the article does not require attaining bone dry stage, dryers for leather hard drying, ambient curing and drying systems, different dryers for special-purposes can be designed and manufactured. According to customer demand, driers with various capacities can be designed.
In TELLUS dryer designs, it is reached to the capacity of 1200 pieces / hour with 1000 moulds, 2 jiggering machines and 4 staff.
