BALL MILLS

In the ceramic industry, most of the raw materials are used after being ground finely. This process is generally performed wet in ball mills. The interior walls of the ball mills manufactured for this purpose are lined with rubber or silex slabs. As grinding medium, flint balls are used.

CONICAL PEBBLE MILLS

Conical mills are used for the fine grinding of hard materials. These mills consist of a cylindrical body with two conical extensions on the two ends. Depending on the hardness of material to be ground and the required purity of product, inside of the mill is lined with materials like rubber or stone.
The mill body is made of steel and rests on ball bearings. Loading and unloading is made through the collar of the large diameter bearing. Since these bearings are kept closed, they will not be affected by the environmental dust.
A set of belts and pulley is also placed instead of the external gear which is easily damaged by environmental dust. Thus, this mill shall give a problem free service for a long period of time.
